Andy Roddinck to win like he used to win in his best seasons !!

Andy Roddick, defeating Bernard Tomic in a great way by 6:3, 6:4, 6:0 in the US Open 2012, has shown that he can still play tennis at his best and doesn't seem to stop right now.
Tennis Blog believes it was a one hour and 27 minutes match of the 2nd round, having a lot of great rallys and great performances from both players, although Roddick was just too good for Tomic. Andy played just like he used to 9 years ago, serving fast and great, attacking strong and passionately and choosing the right solutions every time.

The American turned 30 on thursday and technicaly he can still play, but one day earlier from the great match with Tomic, he said he was going to end his career right after this US Open, which means the match with Bernard may have been his last match. Andy said, he got pretty touched before the match, becouse of the video he had seen in his locker room right before starting the match. The video was about his career, showing all the great moments he had during his tennis adventure.

"I've played a lot of matches and that was a different kind of nerves than I've had before, so that was surprising for me"- said Roddick before the 2nd round match.

The american player said, that day was like a rollercoaster for him, bacouse he knew, this match can be his last match. Anyway, his coach, Larry Stefanki, helped him in this hard day, telling him how to fight with this kind of stress.

After the match, the 19 years old Barnard Tomic said, he was a little uncomfortable playing with such a big crowd, having 22 people there, not really supporting him. The audience there was abviously more with Roddick, being happy avery time, the Australian played something wrong.

In the 3rd round, Roddick is going to play against the Italian Fabio Fognini, who is. according to Tennis News, the no. 59 in the Atp Ranking. Roddick has a lot of chances to pass through this round, being the favourite in this match.
